Jacob Mchangama is the founder and CEO of Justitia, a think tank based in Copenhagen, Denmark. He is currently a Visiting Scholar at Columbia University, and a visiting Fellow at the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education, where produces and narrates the podcast “Clear and Present Danger: A History of Free Speech.” Mchangama has written about and commented extensively on free speech and human rights in publications including the Washington Post, Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, the Wall Street Journal, Human Rights Quarterly, and Amnesty International Strategic Studies.
