Ryan Williams is a Sharswood Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. After graduating from Columbia Law School in 2002, he worked for eight years as a litigation associate in the New York office of Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP, where he worked on a broad range of complex commercial litigation, including class action, antitrust, securities, intellectual property and bankruptcy cases. His publications include “The One and Only Substantive Due Process Clause,” 120 Yale L.J. 408 (2010) and “The Ninth Amendment as a Rule of Construction,” 111 Colum. L. Rev. 498 (2011).
