Gregory Salmieri is a lecturer at Rutgers University. He specializes in ancient philosophy, ethics, and epistemology. He has also written frequently on Ayn Rand’s philosophy of Objectivism and co-edited the volume A Companion to Ayn Rand (Wiley-Blackwell, 2016). His articles have appeared in journals including Ancient Philosophy and Philosophia. He is the co-secretary of the Ayn Rand Society and an intermittent contributor to their blog checkyourpremises.org. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.A. from the College of New Jersey.
