Steven E. Landsburg is a professor of economics at the University of Rochester, where his research interests include algebraic K-theory, quantum game theory, the philosophy of science, and moral philosophy.
He is the author of the books The Armchair Economist, Fair Play, More Sex is Safer Sex: The Unconventional Wisdom of Economics, and The Big Questions: Tackling the Problems of Philosophy with Ideas from Mathematics, Economics and Physics. Landsburg has appeared frequently in national popular publications including Slate, Forbes, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, and others. He blogs at The Big Questions.
Landsburg holds a Ph.D. in mathematics from the University of Chicago.
